Neoom wins EY Scale-up Award

This summer, EY, one of the world's leading consulting companies, presented the EY Scale-up Award in Austria for the first time. The winners were selected by an independent and top-class jury of 37 experts.

Our team was all the more delighted that neoom was able to win the EY Scale-up Award 2022 in the Sustainability & GreenTech category and prevail over the strong competition.

The prestigious award came at the end of an elaborate and multi-stage selection process. True to the award motto "Onward and upward" the participating companies received a great deal of valuable feedback during the application and selection process in the form of analyses, discussions, and coaching sessions.

This also highlights the objective with which EY launched the award. According to the organizers, the company wants to establish a 'Champions League' for start-ups in Austria as well as focus on the perception and further development of start-ups and scale-ups in Austria using the Scale-up Award.

After all, start-ups and scale-ups play a decisive role for Austria as a business location. On the one hand, in their role as innovation drivers, and on the other hand, through the value they create. This includes, in particular, the creation of jobs for highly qualified staff and the boost to the appeal of Austria as a business location.

The premiere was a great success: over 150 submissions came in during the application phase. The submissions were evaluated using the Growth Maturity Assessment, a comprehensive digital assessment specifically developed for growth companies.
