Since we have digitalised many of our systems and processes, our employees can fortunately perform their work quite efficiently via home office. From Monday March 16 until further notice, customer traffic will not be possible at our location in Freistadt/Upper Austria. Our office in Vienna is also not occupied for the time being.
Nevertheless, we are of course still available for you during our normal business hours (Mon-Thu: 8-17 & Fri: 8-12:30) by phone at +43 720590033. Our management, specialists and technicians will, as far as possible and in compliance with the strictest hygiene measures, carry out their work on site.
Weeks ago, we already took appropriate measures to ensure the smooth operation and availability of products and services. Our suppliers from the Far East are now returning to their daily work and will soon have their regular daily routine as well as their production fully restored. Meanwhile, despite intact freight traffic within Europe and also Austria, ensuring the availability of goods is currently our highest priority.
Not only now, but also in the future, unity is more important than ever.
