Series B extension round: B&C invests in neoom

neoom has already recorded another strong growth thanks to the Series B round - we are even more pleased that now the investment in neoom has also grown!

Plus, it has attracted new investors: B&C Innovation Investments GmbH (BCII) was the lead investor in the financing round, which totalled 16 million euros. Other existing and new national & international investors participated in the financing round, including ING Sustainable Investments, which already made an investment in the neoom ag in the Series B round.

With the capital increase that has now taken place, we will continue to develop our products and drive forward our software solutions and the development of the DACH market. 

The expansion of our Series B round is a clear sign for us that we are able to persuade others with our 360° energy technology solutions - based on solar storage power plants extended by our software and digital services. Our market share of approx. 20% in the battery storage sector in Austria shows that our customers are also convinced!

As an independent foundation, the B&C Gruppe aims to promote Austrian entrepreneurship and Austria as a business location, as well as to facilitate expansion across Europe and beyond. Through BCII, the B&C Group already holds stakes in several successful tech and start-up companies. It is also the majority shareholder of Lenzing, AMAG and Semperit, Austria's largest private industrial holding. However, the investment in neoom was the B&C Group's first investment in the energy market.
