POWER STORAGE

I would like to buy a neoom product. Who can I contact?
neoom products are distributed and installed by neoom itself as well as by our partners. Depending on the project and availability in your area. Contact us via our contact form, by e-mail or by telephone - we will be happy to advise you and, if necessary, put you in touch with a neoom partner near you.
What guarantees do the KJUUBE and BLOKK storage products have?
Max. 5000 charging cycles or max. 10 years (whichever comes first) with 80% residual capacity of the usable capacity stated at the beginning. One charging cycle corresponds to one full charge/discharge of the storage tank. Two half charges/discharges correspond to one charge cycle.

Is recharging via PV in stand-alone mode/grid backup mode possible with Kjuube storage units?

How can the depth of discharge of a KJUUBE storage unit be determined in order to have a permanent reserve of e.g. 50% in case of a grid failure?

Goodwe inverter:
In the PV Master App under ""Advanced Settings"" Activate state of charge protection and set the desired depth of discharge

Solax inverters:
In the menu under Status -> Charger-Setting -> Min Capacity (possible directly on the unit or remotely).

What happens in the event of a power failure at the KJUUBE NEA?
Within 2s, the KJUUBE NEA sets up an island network (EPS mode).
Can inverters be monitored and controlled remotely during operation?

Solax inverters can be monitored online via the Solax Cloud and via the Solax Cloud App, where some settings can also be adjusted remotely.

GoodWe inverters can be monitored online via the SEMS portal. Changes in the settings are possible via the PV-Master App.

In the data recording of the storage inverter, some data points are missing at night (e.g. mains frequency).
If the battery storage discharges to the lower charge limit (10%) and then no longer supplies power, the battery inverter switches to wait mode. In waiting mode, not all data is recorded and transmitted. Complete recording starts again when the inverter switches to working mode, e.g. when power is supplied again by the PV system and the battery is recharged.
I already have a PV system. Can I install a KJUUBE storage unit as an addition to the existing system?
KJUUBE storage units can also be installed at sites with an existing PV system.

Can I charge single-phase or three-phase with neoom charging products?
With neoom WHIZZY, BOXX and BOOGIE, single-phase as well as three-phase charging is possible.
Can neoom charging stations be installed outdoors?
neoom WHIZZY, BOXX and BOOGIE are suitable for outdoor installation (IP44).
My electric car has a type 1 connection (e.g. imported from the USA). Can I use a neoom charging station with it?
neoom charging stations have one or two type 2 connections, depending on the version as charging socket or permanently installed charging cable.
At charging stations with a type 2 charging socket, an electric car with a type 1 connection can be charged with a corresponding charging cable (type 2 to type 1).
A car with a type 1 connection cannot be charged at charging stations with permanently installed type 2 charging cables.
Can I charge an electric car with a charging capacity of 3.7kW at an 11kW / 22kW charging station?
If the charging station and the charging cable support charging with up to 22kW, but the electric car only supports a maximum charging power of up to 3.7kW, the charging technology regulates the entire charging process down to the maximum charging power of the weakest link in the chain.
The charging station communicates with the electric car via the connected charging cable and always releases only the supported or maximum possible charging current.

neoom BOXX and BOOGIE can be integrated into the neoom backend at any time, even retroactively, and made accessible for public use via Plugsurfing.
Can I release a charging station for use only by certain people (e.g. employees)?
neoom BOXX and BOOGIE can be integrated into the neoom backend and activated via RFID cards held up to the charging station.
