Dominik Neunteufel was fascinated by the topic of renewable energies from the very beginning. To turn his fascination into action, he looked for an apprenticeship in a company that contributes to this topic. At neoom, he found what he was looking for.
Now he can actively contribute to the expansion of renewable energies and energy transition.
As a junior technical engineer, Dominik spends a lot of time on construction sites building storage facilities. He is involved in projects from the very beginning - starting with the planning, the construction of our energy storage devices, the testing for functionality and the integration of the neoom platform.Dominik is supported by his supervisor, Project Manager Sebastian Schmutz, who has been in charge of Dominik Neunteufel since the end of last year.
Dominik's skills are in very good hands at neoom. You can learn an insane amount from the young generation. It's fun to work together with them. I am proud to have Dominik in the team.

Fighting climate change & protecting the planet
What motivates Dominik to work at neoom? The chance to fight climate change and care for the planet - and of course really cool colleagues who are fun to work with.
My favourite thing is the wiring of inverters and our battery storages. That's when you can see that the system is up and running.

Junior Technical Engineer
As a graduate of an apprenticeship, the training of apprentices in our company is particularly close to my heart. They are the practitioners who will actually turn our vision of energy transition into reality.
