Solarmotion and neoom - two partners who complement each other perfectly in terms of their competencies and goals
In the course of the partnership, both companies can exploit their strengths to the full: Solarmotion is the expert for sustainable energy generation with solar facades as well as in-roof and on-roof solar systems. neoom offers with its electricity storage systems the ideal products for storing the surplus generated energy in order to use it optimally at a later point in time! As an experienced partner, Solarmotion has already implemented several battery storage systems - with a capacity of up to 3-4 MW! - implemented. In addition to their joint activities in Switzerland, the two companies are united by their high standards of design and high-quality regional products.
Together, the unbeatable team has set itself the goal of being able to offer its customers - from private individuals to industrial companies - holistic and innovative energy concepts, such as the Kessler family: they turned to Solarmotion with an inquiry for a roof renovation. In the end, the holistic approach to the project with an innovative energy concept resulted in much more than just a renovation! Because the roof had to be renewed anyway, a solar system in the form of frameless in-roof photovoltaic modules was integrated into both sides of the pitched roof. The photovoltaic panels are made by 3S Solarplus and are a Swiss brand. The solar energy generation was also complemented by a heat pump based on geothermal energy.
Two inverters convert the direct current produced by the solar panels into usable alternating current. The Solar Manager control tool visualizes and optimizes the use of the self-generated solar energy. A KJUUBE battery storage system with grid replacement function from neoom with 23.4 kWh capacity stores the excess energy until it is consumed! This means that the Kessler family can use the electricity produced by their 20 kWp PV system when they need it! And it's paying off: Since the system went into operation in June 2021, 70% of the electricity generated by the PV system has been used. By comparison, a single-family home without electricity storage has a standard self-consumption rate of 30%.
